New color Introduction.

I think that codeforces now needs a new color for tourist as you can see he crossed the mark of legendary grandmaster by a huge difference and to give him some more motivation to compete it will be great idea to introduce a new color.

I don't know if tourist will get motivated or not BUT others will get surely demotivated!!!!
