Page not loading Properly?

Hi,

For the past few days, whenever I tried to load Codeforces, I get pages that look like this:

Does anyone know what is wrong, and how I can fix it?

I think it is because of low Internet conection speed. Reloading of page may help

I think since you were able to upload images, the problem not in the connection speed. I see two potential problems:

1. Try to reinstall your web-browser (or just try other web-browser)
2. Check your computer for viruses (I know similar situations when this was the cause)

My explanation: Mike and his team did something with the site, and your browser is unable to load css at the moment.

    Thanks for comments.

    Actually, sometimes the pages load properly. For example, the pages always look nice with all the functions when I am doing a contest. Also, when I post a new blog post, I see everything. However, when I access the website usually, I only see this sort of minimalist version :(.
