Why Codeforces doesn't support to_string () and stoi() function

Due to this I'm unable to submit at last minute and my solution was correct. I think there should be warning like %lld use. http://codeforces.me/contest/550/submission/11432538

For using to_string: Read the second answer here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12975341/to-string-is-not-a-member-of-std-says-so-g It will work with C++11 on CF. I used it in some other problem yesterday.
