When I started a CF contest full of enthusiasm, I saw the "blue sky, white sun and fully red" flag to the left of a contestant's name on the ranking list. This so-called national flag is not the national flag of any sovereign state; it belongs to a completely reactionary regime. Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. However, Codeforces officials brazenly list Taiwan as a country. This is an offense to all Chinese users with sincere patriotism and a disgraceful act, and will inevitably be spurned by all people of justice!!!

Go and inform yourself of UN General Assembly Resolution 2758, even if you are not from a permanent member state of the Security Council.

resolution 2758 only applies inside the UN and never mentions taiwan sovereignty cf is a private coding website not a political body bound by UN rules! it just uses standard region flags for user convenience exactly like gitHub and google

If you don't agree with their ideological beliefs, maybe insult them, not their country.
