Hello, everyone! Rahinur Bin Naushad & I have something to present.
Inspired by CodingSloth's YouTube video on making the LeetCode Torture browser extension, we decided to run with the same idea & port it to our favourite CP platform — Codeforces!
Introducing Codeforces Torture!
This browser extension aims at encouraging (read: "forcing") programmers to practice & solve at least one problem on Codeforces every day. It fetches a random problem from the rating range provided by the user, & until at least one problem has been solved on Codeforces that day, any links other than those belonging to Codeforces' domain are blocked with a pop-up encouraging the user to get back on CF.
The idea is simple: if you want to browse the web, you must first solve a problem. It's a small but effective way to reduce distractions & build a daily habit of tackling CP problems.
We hope this will help people stay focused while training, improve consistency & fight procrastination.

i dont want to "force" myself to solve problems, cp is for fun right?
The idea was, as was in the original video, to grow the habit of daily practice & reduce distractions. It was a fun project on our end as well, mainly for learning purposes.
great, but codeforces is different from leetcode, it is for competitive programming and if there are some distraction which u like more than cp then u should js quit cp? no one is forcing u to do it right, and if u want to learn dsa or job stuff then use leetcode it will benefit more than codeforces.
"grow habit of daily practice", ahmm if sm1 loves cp then he will do it himself ig no need to force, and if he doesnt love it then he wont benefit from it
im not against ur project im js expressing my views, thx
