Codeforces round 1123( system detected rule violations)

Hi, Recently, I got the message about rule violations for this round. I have already been disabled 3 times by the codeforces.Its just a coincidence that my solution is matching with some other contestant. Why I bear the consequences if someone's solution is matching with me. Please return my ratings as it was before.

    No, it's because he cheated. He forgot to delete ballast in 391533577. Also being disabled 3 times is quite a big milestone for a cheater
