Rating for this problem given is 1300 ..... But with my experience till now i can say it is more than 1500 for sure . cheating in cf are now changing rating with difficulty ig .

I think that recently some problems with topics that usually appear in harder problems but are used in a quite simple way end up feeling like hard problems but most people that have done a few problems with the topic can solve. I don’t know how much I can speak because I’m an expert but when I saw the problem the idea was immediately obvious. I only took 30 minutes on it because I screwed up the implementation pretty badly.
