Everybody and their mother knows how legit this guy's performance was last contest, but CF doesn't have a mechanism to convict him. CF has no way to prove if he violated any rules or not.
Currently the CF account suspension mechanism depends only on how the mods feel about the participant. We shouldn't let a mod's hormones dictate who gets suspended and who doesn't.
The only accounts being suspended are those that were either too dumb or flew too close to the sun. There is a whole set of users that are smart enough to avoid the spotlight and CF has no way to get them. This is a very real issue and this affects the ELO system way more than a few standout cheaters that are anyways gonna get banned.
