One of my submissions was counted twice (one, two). Do you have checks to prevent resubmitting a byte-for-byte identical code?

Submitting the same code twice is your problem, Atcoder may not help you check it.

As far as I know, I only submitted once. Software glitches happen, there's no user-side way to do anything about that.

I solved B and C at respectively T+00:46:06 and T+01:30:39,but I didn't solve A.

after contest ended,I go to Luogu discussion forum, and know that it has something to do with inversion pairs.

All in all,it's my first ARC.Wish my rating can increase !!!

September is a symbol of new things in China and I prove this today.

Pretty sure construction for B is supposed to be "add An*2^(n-1) to X1", not "add An to X1". For example: 8 4 1, the editorial construction gets [3, 2] which is clearly incorrect, but having the proposed one gets [6,2] which works.

worst problem solve order of all time. A -> D -> run out of time on B. genuinely might be trolling with this one. one of the exactly 9 people to do this while everyone is instead screaming at the triviality of C
