I am preparint a problemset on Polygon and we are hoping to propose it as an official Codeforces Round. However, I am struggling with the very first step of the submission process.
Specifically, I cannot find the "Proposals" tab or button anywhere on my profile or the homepage.
Could anyone clarify how this works?
Does my account need to meet a certain rating threshold or a minimum number of rated rounds for the button to become visible?
Is there a direct link to access the proposal submission page?
If my account currently doesn't meet the requirements, can a higher-rated teammate submit the proposal on our behalf?
Any guidance from experienced authors or community members would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
You need to be 2100+ or have authored a round in the past to gain access to the proposals tab for Div 1/2. You also don't need to prep it in Polygon to submit the round, you just need statements and editorials.
Once you gain access, you see it on the home page on the sidebar next to your profile picture.
A higher rated teammate is allowed to create the proposal and add you as a coauthor I believe.

How about div3s and div4s, are you one of the fixed setters that KAN said before?
no, that message is outdated (or at least only applies for edu rounds), for div3/4, you just contact the coordinator with a proposal
Also, I noticed that your peak is expert, which might means that making a div3/4 round don't require your rating to be >= 2100. Is it true?

i don't think there is one, but I'm not sure how mcuh luck you'd have if you had a rating of 67, idk
After you reach master(2100), there will be a button shown as "Propose a contest/problems" in your sidebar, and then you can make an official contest.
But as a candidate master there's another way, you can ask someone higher than 2100(or have reached 2100) to add you as a coauthor, in fact my friend(expert) and I are writing one.

For div 3/4 the procedure is different to div 1/2 where you send the proposal into the system (require >= 2100 rating). Instead, you directly contact a div 3/4 coordinator.
