Accepted Code now shows up as In queue

I submitted my code 21 min after the Codeforces Round 1107 (Div 3) started and it was accepted by the online judge, but now it shows up as in queue

Is it due to the ongoing open hacking or smthng else??

System testing is going on which tests your solution for vast additional test cases. If your code is correct it will get AC after system testing.

The announcement says:

The round will be hosted by the rules of educational rounds (extended ICPC). Thus, all solutions will be judged on preliminary tests during the round, and after the round, there will be a 12-hour phase of open hacks. After the open hack phase, all accepted solutions will be rejudged on successful hacks.

It’s always a good idea to check the announcement before the round for details like this.
