  1. DO NOT use AI (or other machine tools) to translate your problem and/or solution. If you can't write in English, you cannot host a round on Codeforces. How will you answer hundreds of clarifications during the round?

  2. The proposal system doesn't support TeX (it's weird, but we'll have to work with what we have). Do not spam a lot of TeX. \left( a + b \right) is so much worse than (a+b). Even n <= 1e5 is better than n \le 10^5.

  3. If you open a proposal for review, it must have a solution. It doesn't matter if I can solve the problem or not, I need to make sure that you know how to solve the problem. If the solution is so obvious that it seems like a waste of time to write it: a) it shouldn't take much time then; b) should you propose this problem in the first place?

  4. Write the complexity of your solution.

  5. Write the limitations on all major parameters in the problem.

Write the limitations on all major parameters in the problem.

Huh, I would expect the problems to have limitations for all the parameters, what even is "major". Limitations are part of the problem, aren't they?

Well, yes, but at least give me the length of the array, I can assume that elements are $$$0 \le a_i \le 10^9$$$ unless stated otherwise. I have no way of guessing for what length you want me to solve the problem.

not too relevant to the post, but using \left and \right is usually discouraged. Most of the time using the delimiter size operators (\bigl etc...) is better

Ad 1, surely you meant "don't use only AI and make sure the translation is accurate". In the end how a translation was made doesn't matter as much as the end result. You've seen what manual translations from random people proposing problems look like, just like I've seen it, and it's nothing to celebrate either. Writing in brokenglish is a menace. Fortunately such failure to communicate will be obvious in communication with the coordinator before communication with the contestants comes into play.

The proposal system doesn't support TeX (it's weird, but we'll have to work with what we have).

Should be easily fixable, Mathjax is automatic and browser-side.

Nice theory about end results, but I guess the message wasn't about translations. Like, if you're capable of English communication, why don't you skip the unnecessary step and simply write it directly in English?

More effort if you want accurate translations. Reviewing a pre-translation is still somewhere in the middle effort-wise. People get lazy and think it's good enough... but it also ties to the bigger problem of not enough English skill and logic skill to understand what's low quality.
