Is it just for me or to all, I can't see submissions for any problem

even my submissions and other people submissions

yeah, you can click on submissions with middle mouse button (or whatever you're using to open a link in a new tab) to open the link itself. that works for me.

    But you cannot see the failed test cases details . When you open "Click to see details" in another tab, you just reopen the submission. Any solution ?

Yeah same issue, for seeing the submission I need to open as a link in another tab. What is the reason behind this.
