So I've been using SUBLIME TEXT for around a month now but I'm facing one problem

So whenever I run a code all the previous test cases of previous codes run first let's say I've ran 4 test cases on that file before then when I run a new code it first goes through all the 4 previous cases and then only at 5th test case I'm allowed to run my current test case this wastes a lot of time.

And either I have to create a new file for every problem in a contest and then delete them afterwards or just run from the terminal so, is terminal the only option ?

Please anybody who knows share with me.
