For the most part, if you just use their API you should be completely fine, here's how I would do it (for blogs):

Use user.ratedList (will unfortunately not get you unrated users) to get a bunch of users, then search by user.blogEntries on all of them to get all their blogs.

This will only be able to get you their titles though, since blogEntry.view does not work as expected.
