Meta Hacker Cup Shirts
Hacker Cup shirts are back this year! If you placed in the top 2000 of Round 2, you'll have a shirt available on your Hacker Cup Profile page. If you placed in the top 200 of Round 3 and solved at least one problem correctly in that round, you'll win a shirt with a top-200 badge on the sleeve, instead of the normal shirt.
You must claim your shirt by January 31st. We will not be shipping shirts claimed after the 31st.
Due to regulations, Meta is also not able to support prize shipments to the following countries at this time:
Links to track your shipment can be found on your profile page once your shirt is shipped. Please note that you must have to claim your shirt from our vendor's website using the code in your profile. Their website looks like this:
Note: According to FedEx, if you are from India, you must complete the KYC submission process on https://kyc.fedex.com. If you do not, your prize will be returned to the shipper or disposed as deemed appropriate as per local guidelines.

how did you get your airway bill number. Since I did not receive any mail yet. Can you tell the sender mail? So that i can search my inbox.
i got a call from fedex on 13th. they told me to do the kyc. I receive the kyc confirmation and the airwaybill number in mail after that.

I claimed the shirt two weeks ago and am only now being informed that KYC is required for shipments to India to avoid the package being discarded. This should have been communicated earlier. How can I confirm whether the shipment has already been discarded? The tracking ID is still unavailable in my profile. When I try to complete the KYC process, it asks for an Air Waybill number, which I have not received. What should I do?
Exactly this is my question too, like where do I get the airwaybill number.
Also I would request that if anyone from India gets to know anything then please post it here so that more people can benefit from it.

I ordered the t-shirt more than a week ago. In the order confirmation email that I received, it says "no shipping required". Is this fine? Is anybody else also seeing this?

Your Air Waybill number is the tracking code itself. After doing KYC your can track your t shirt at fedex.com/in

What I am saying is that it is not visible in the hackercup profile, like it is still saying tracking code not available yet under claimed status for me. So that's what I am asking.

But I didn't get any mail of airway bill number. The only I recieved was the confirmation from Nadal Stores that order has been accepted. Thats it. If you can send me the screenshot of the kind of mail you got in private then it will be helpful.

This is such a short notice period. I didn't even receive an email notification. Only see the post today.
I checked my old emails. In 2021, it was a 5-month window to claim the t-shirt.
I am still grateful for Meta to host such event. But it feels so Meta that it does not worry about its reputation.

I haven't received the T-shirt, and I haven't received any info about it from anyone after the confirmation e-mail from Nadel Shop (1,5 months ago). Tracking code in the profile is still not available. I tried to contact support at [email protected] and [email protected] and haven't received any response from them. Does anyone have a similar experience? I live in Germany.
Same for me (although I claimed the t-shirt only a month ago, and didn't try to contact anyone).
I eventually got a tracking code via email (not on the hackercup site) and received the shirt a week ago. (I live in the Netherlands). I was early with claiming the shirt.
This time they are not sending any confirmation mail (for me atleast) and also the tracking code is not getting updated but I received the t-shirt some days back.
For me the fedex code itself was the tracking code, they notified me via whatsapp , maybe they will be reaching out to you in the coming time, maybe this week :)

What are the next steps?
I’m part of a volunteer organisation that runs a local math olympiad. We also send out certificates. Our event took place in November, and we only managed to send out the certificates last week. At least we published a statement on our website to keep participants informed about the delay.
Given that, I’m honestly a bit surprised that a global player like Meta seems to struggle with something as simple as shipping a T‑shirt. Or even sending an email, I had to keep an eye on the deadline myself just to make sure I didn't miss the ordering window. :(
are you from india or somewhere else, if you are from india, fed ex will send message through whatsapp and then kyc need to be done , im still waiting for it, you are from germany ,may be you will get through nadelstores .
