What is the problem with codeforces community?

Today I posted a blog about a wrong solution in Repovive and it got -10.

and two weeks ago, I posted a blog asking why rating problems takes so long and it got -17 (it is draft now).

and other one just posted about his girlfriend or other one who post about random thing which does not has any purpose receives a lot of upvotes.

I am not understanding what the standards for voting are in Codeforces.
