Coach Mode Not Available On My Account

Hello, I have participated in more than 30 rated contests and recently reached Candidate Master, but the Coach Mode option still does not appear on my account. If possible, could an admin check whether there is any restriction or technical issue?

You cheated in at least four contests. Under our policy, we do not grant coach mode to such accounts.

    I don't think it's fair to judge an official representative of a country in international competitions, and a winner of top prizes, based on actions from two years ago.

    If you don't recognize an official representative of a country in competitions at the national level, you should review your platform's criteria.

    Furthermore, I see a clear bias in this, coinciding with your platform's past actions regarding certain issues and its attempts to downplay others.

    Simply put: Enough with the bias, Mike.
