Hey everyone!
I’ve been doing Codeforces contests for a while and I love solving problems. Recently, I came up with two really nice problems that I think could be fun for everyone. I badly want to propose them so people can enjoy them too.
The problem is… I don’t have the option to propose a contest or problem yet. Does anyone know how I can get it activated? I’d be really grateful for any help or advice!

I think for proposing your own problem you have to be atleast some rating(candidate master i think , although not to sure about it but yes you have to have certain rating for proposing your own contest or problems).After achieving that,it will automatically pop in the sidebar.
but tamzid1 isn't CM not even pupil but he was one of the problem creator for CFR 1059 Div.3
I think he was the friend of one of the problemsetter.

For what, for div3? I don't think there is a public way. You can try to DM some people who authored/coordinated div3 before, but I think it's unlikely they will want to accept help from a person without an established problemsetting history.
I know I’m not skilled enough for Div 2 yet, but I’m just curious. what if it’s for Div 2 ?
Then read the blog mentioned in the first comment in this branch. You need 2100+ rating, and you have to propose the whole problemset, not just a couple of problems. The only way I know to circumvent both those conditions is to have coauthors with 2100+ rating: they will be able to send in the proposal, and you don't have to come up with a whole problemset on your own.
I generally recommend discussing your problem ideas with friends first. You lose all objectivity when it is your problem, in all senses of the word. You can overestimate how interesting the problem is, you tend to underestimate the difficulty of your solution because you spend a lot of time thinking about it, but you could also miss an easy approach because you are way too stuck with your original idea.
Reach master or find a master+ friend to make a round with you
I think you need a Master account, or you can create a contest together with a Master friend. After that, you can visit _https://polygon.codeforces.com_ and start creating your own problems. Good luck!
