If you click on the 'submissions' tab, you would see something interesting. You may notice that more than half of the submissions were made by unrated ones with random names.

Also we all know that the judge machine has down for many times today.

Those who newly got started with cp, like me, can't quickly go to contests, and I don't think it is in the rule that you can't practice problemset if you are unrated thanks!

    Focus on the random names part, not on unrated. There was another blog post mentioning this behavior.

      it would be weird to guess that they are bots because they have weird/random names, but yeah it is something the admins of this website should fix

Those usernames like "x9d0" and "0xfx" look very much like captcha-style generated usernames.
