I think he copied someone else code shared on some online platform or shared internally.

No hate. But I saw many indian newbie and pupil range coder cheat . Why they cheat becuase their placement depends on it. When I see their profile it's just frustrating and codeforce is doing nothing about.

    they are digging their own graves, they will gain no benefit from doing this things. I guess all we can do is ignore them and focus more on improving ourselves :)
