This user sent 3 invites to his "team", I rejected all of them, but I cannot stop him from doing this.

After clicking on Teams, you will find "Receive team invitations only from friends" at the bottom right corner make sure it is enabled.
Yeah, I've enabled this option (after the post), but still, I'm not receiving a lot of invitations, so the ability to block users would be great.
