Does codeforces tell us our performance rating after contests? If not, is there a way to estimate it?

Not Codeforces. Install to your browser the "Carrot" extension
I got that extension. But it predicted +9 rating change for me for a contest. I ended up getting +85! How accurate is this thing...
If you're a new user your real rating is different from the one displayed on codeforces and visible to carrot, see https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/77890
Usually it's pretty accurate after your rating is stable, actual rating gain can be around 5-10 points higher though due to it underestimating other users
