Polygon Can't Create a Package

Whenever I create a package on polygon I get the error NoSuchFileException: /var/cache/tomcat/temp/polygon/packages......

This happens even for problem that have already working packages without any changes!

Note: I trimmed the error because it has the problem author name and problem name in polygon
