When I saw this comment, I wonder how often this has happened. After searching through the list of contests manually, I conclude that this has not happened since the inception of Codeforces.
The closest moment before is probably September 2022, where the only rated Div. 1 round is CF Global Round 22 on September 30th, 2022 (where I was a tester).

Meanwhile there seems won't be any AGC/ARC Div1 in atcoder too, the last was on June 1st, and rather a trash one imo. Seems it's a idle time for div1 players.
Maybe universe is calling us to go touch some grass.

Apologies for this. As you know, one div1 had to be cancelled because of the coincidence of a problem, and another had to be postponed because of attacks in Iran. Unfortunately, we can't replace div1 rounds that fast. I hope that we can hold more contests in July & August.
