Cheating will have no other solution. It has gotten extremely bad and it's not racism. If your culture is designed to cut corners then it's normal to be banned from places where fair play is the norm.

I'd understand 1 or 2 cheaters but so many is defeating the purpose of this entire platform. Even people who worked hard for their ratings are doubted right now because 60% of CodeForces participants are cheaters.
