I think it's unfortunate that there are barely any (visible, at least) efforts to combat cheating. I strongly believe that one reason for this is that top-rated people are not affected by this as much as people that are lower rated. I also believe that a website, that has so many, extremely talented engineers can figure out some way to combat cheating. Codeforces needs to adapt to this new era of AI. It cannot remain the same.

Idk, In my case I like the rating and care for it.

I'm the type of person who is competitive, and like breaks his limits, but if there are not rating, I knew I not gonna train hard (inclusive quit).

I know the are a lot of cheaters, but I don't care, when I got the POS 3000 amount 10000 I feel (Heidi I'm improving, inclusive beating some cheaters jaja). If you don't like the actual state, don't look the rating and just do CP four you own joy.

I know I should too, but I know there are some motivationals problems in my life that I have to solve, but while, I will continue enjoy get up again in my falls :3

I haven't enough self-confidence, but seen how a rank still can go up after a fall, that cheer me up a lot, that is my opinion.

The cheaters always there will been, the biggest one will eventually fall and the low ones get bored sometime, the real people will still here, and know the IA is becoming powerfull, but cp is a brain training for our live, and help use to not use O(n^2) in problems can be solve with some logic/math in our applications or jobs :3

Since $$$IQ$$$ tests cannot be used for hiring purposes in the US, I understand the use of leetcode-esque problems here, but I don't see why MNCs don't just use $$$IQ$$$ tests in India. The only reason why leetcode-esque problems are good at filtering candidates is because they have some correlation with general intelligence, but I can't imagine that this correlation is much higher than $$$r = 0.5$$$, if that. And there are many quick, inexpensive $$$IQ$$$ tests out there with correlations above $$$r = 0.7$$$, so I just don't understand why the MNCs don't use $$$IQ$$$ tests. The use of such tests would save the candidates quite a bit of time while helping the companies select better workers, on average. Also, there would be much less cheating on these platforms.

I crave for rating not because it helps me get a job, but because it looks juicy and feeds my ego (however my rating is still mediocre among my friends).
