How do you force yourself to continue

Hello So basically IOI is in like a month and I'm struggling with focusing on solving problems For example I start a OI virtual, I come up with the idea for easy-medium subtasks in a short amount of time, but then I get really bored and I don't feel like implementing them, and I get distracted with anything I can do instead of the contest. I know I should sit the entire time and actually solve them, but I just can't. I have no idea how I was able to do that last year. Also I have a lot of pressure on me because of high school graduation exams, and I have to study a lot. I don't really know what should I do to fix my situation. I believe that if I manage to do some virtual contests successfully to get back to my actual level I can do well in IOI. What things do you do to improve your concentration and actually do the full contest?

When I wasn't motivated about CP and had to study biology for high school graduation exams, I got reminded why I actually loved solving cp problems. Maybe try something similar! You will enjoy a lot more every minute spent solving a hard problem, even the hard implementation ones. Implementing is sometimes as hard, or even harder, than having the idea itself. And it's very rewarding to implement something simply and cleverly.

Waste time on things which are distracting you. You will soon stop, if you really care about tests and IOI. And I believe you do care, since you are writing this blog. In the end, you just gotta do it. Do it like your life depends on it (Well, it actually does).
