I really want to know your opinions on this, I might be wrong here, but I don't think it's fair and that's why this blog
Please share your opinions if you think this to be right instead
Coming to my main point,
It feels stupid to see users like srishtik_16 posting on Linkedin stealing the information from some "very nice" codeforces blogs and making a ChatGPT post out of it to publish on Linkedin and farm their own engagement
Codeforces community has many elite people (legends) who post meaningful and extraordinary stuff. The real people who are behind the work/research are even more "sophisticated" and have "higher standards" in my opinion. So, I really don't think they'd ever like to get "cheap publicity" of their original work by some stupid LinkedIn Influencer on their way to farm some engagement
What kind of "vicious loop" is this? They see the posts made by each other and decide to make a new post copy pasting the exact same stuff?
Some random people rewriting the discussions from (https://codeforces.me/blog/entry/143462) without giving credits/reference to the original blog by MladenP. But making sure to "tag" the potential researchers on LinkedIn out of nowhere. I mean, I don't know if it feels good to be randomly tagged at some random posts when you are clueless about who tagged you and why
On a similar note, few months ago, I saw many stupid LinkedIn Posts tagging jiangly on "LinkedIn" when he crossed 4000 rating on Codeforces. Guess what? A random guy named "Lingyu Jiang" kept getting tagged every time, and he wasn't even Jiangly. Jiangly isn't even on LinkedIn but it seems like the writers didn't even hesitate
What are your opinions?

i wish that whenever someone writes such a post, they just spontaneously combust
I mean yeah but realistically if someone writes a paper, the more publicity it gets, the better it is for them.
I don't think the linkedin posts took credits from the work of the chinese students but instead just helped in spreading the knowledge further and publicize their hardwork further.
Good take !
