While testing one contest I encountered an issue. There are a lot of submissions, as well as submissions that it would be convenient to add to the problem. Supposedly, there is a button “To problem”, when you click on it, the submission should be added to the problem. But here's the problem, I don't have the rights (picture). The task on the polygon is mine (Access Type: OWNER).

If anyone knows how to solve this, please help. (I didn't find the answer to the title of the post, I searched)
