Invitation to CodeChef Starters 180(Rated upto 6 stars) — 2nd April

We invite you to participate in CodeChef’s Starters 180, aka Code-Mat, in collaboration with Mathematics and Computing Society (MACS), IIT BHU, this Wednesday, 2nd April, rated upto 6 stars (i.e. for users with rating < 2500).

Time: 8:00 PM — 10:00 PM IST

Joining us on the problem setting panel are:

Note: Prizes are only for Indian participants (for division 1 only).

  • Winner: $$$5,000$$$ INR
  • $$$1^{st}$$$ runner up: $$$3,000$$$ INR
  • $$$2^{nd}$$$ runner up: $$$2,000$$$ INR
  • Top $$$5$$$ IIT BHU contestants: Goodies and coupons

Some of our previous rounds:

Written editorials will be available for all on discuss.codechef.com. Pro users can find the editorials directly on the problem pages after the contest. The video editorials of the problems will be available only to Pro users.

Also, if you have some original and engaging problem ideas, and you’re interested in them being used in CodeChef's contests, you can share them here. Hope to see you participating.

      I found Last one much easier than HHEY which i couldn't solve, i dont know i should be happy or sad :(

      Hi BiggestOtaku,
      I noticed that your identity differs between Codechef and Codeforces profiles. On Codechef, your profile (link) mentions that you're from India (screenshot), while your Codeforces profile indicates Antarctica (screenshot). Is there a particular reason behind this discrepancy? Are you changing your location intentionally for prize eligibility in Codechef contests?

      It would be great if you could clarify. Thanks!

        Bruh I just kept it as antarctica cause it looks funny, initially I had it as Japan for (obviously no apparent reason), also I am actually from India only, college IIT BHU.
