There are more than 10K problem on codeforces, How many problems did you solved out of whole, I mean what % of total. I remember when Um_nik said just solved problems. There are tons of problems out there or everywhere. If you able to solve atleast 3k or 4k on codefroces, you'll really be CM or M or IM. But for the learning stuff, use CF blogs, And USACO guide is best for that.
