I knew that it is allowed to use AI to translate problems, but I was wondering if it is permissible to use it to shorten the problem to make it without a story or not ? because sometimes the existence of a story in the problem makes me not understand the problem from a few readings and it needs more time to understand it.
Finally, is this allowed or not?
Probably not since others just read the problem without any shortening.
I don't see that it's an advantage over others because there are also people who read the problem in a language other than their own and people who translate the problem with ai. So also, when making the problem without a story, it's not an advantage because it doesn't explain things, but only deletes the story from the problem, but anyway, if it's not allowed, of course I won't do it.
It is definitely an advantage. Imagine being 2 to 3 minutes ahead of someone because you have a shorter version of the problem. Also, Leetcode exists if you’re not interested in the CF style. Since this is CF style and rules, Just follow them.
I like CodeForces style and I don't have a problem, but I was asking if it's allowed, it would be better for me, but if it's not allowed, it's not a problem, I won't shorten the problems.
