With utmost zest, we want to announce that our club is organizing some exciting programming-driven events under our Annual Technical Fest — Advitiya.

Event Details

COD-COM: An ICPC-styled Team Coding Contest

It consists of two rounds. The top teams from the first round will be invited for round 2, which will be held offline in the IIT Ropar Campus.

Participation: Team of 2-3 Members (Can be from different colleges)

• Round 1:
  Date: 31st Jan'25
  Time: 20:05 to 22:05 IST
  Details: The contest link will be shared directly via email with registered teams


• Round 2 (Offline at IIT Ropar):
  Date: 7th Feb'25
  Time: 11:05 to 14:05 IST

AlgoUnlock: A Reverse Coding Event

A reverse Coding event where the participants need to figure out the code logic used to generate the given output from the sample inputs.

Participation: Individual

• Round 1:
  Date: 3rd Feb'25
  Time: 20:05 to 21:35 IST
  Details: The contest link will be shared directly via email with contestants


• Round 2 (Offline at IIT Ropar):
  Date: 8th Feb'25
  Time: 18:00 to 20:00 IST

CodeHunt: A Single-Stage Treasure Hunt-Based Event

Participation: Team of 2-3 Members (At least one of them should know coding)

• Date: 9th Feb'25
• Time: 17:00 to 19:00 IST
• Venue: IIT Ropar Campus

• The top 3 teams/individuals of each event will receive exciting prizes.
• All participants will receive a certificate.
• Rulebooks and further details can be found on the registration links or the official site of Advitiya.
• No registration and accommodation fee for participants.
• Prizes will be given on the spot. Cash prizes will be transferred to the winners' accounts after the fest.

About Advitiya

Advitiya is the annual tech fest of IIT Ropar, scheduled from 7th to 9th Feb 2025. The fest promises an enriching experience with various competitions, exhibitions, workshops, and activity zones. Registration & accommodation charges are absolutely free!.
