The more you get annoyed by the color changing feature, the more ratism you got.
let me explain
you see a blog by a red coder, you are invested in reading it (because Red people are trusted.. right?)
But then, you realize it's not the Red coder you thought it was— it's someone with a 500 rating wearing a red hat for fun. You feel betrayed, of course it's that time of the year, you can trust no one, you are always going to check their rating to see if you can trust them enough to read what they posted
how did I even come up with this blog? well, I felt annoyed :>
and that's just a theory, a ratism theory.
At least you are 1600+. And not 500.
N.B: I am 1445 :)

Duh, i usually trust people more who have a proven track record related to the topic I am reading on...
You really bait me)
You, too
A masterbaiter he is :)
Maybe half of us also come after seeing a 3-letter red
CodeForces allow everyone to be Santa xD
I think my comments are going to get lot more downvotes than before...
Should have looked at your real rating at first in order not to downvote you.
If I am reading this blog it is only because the title caught my attention, not because of the author's rating.
What is the colour changing feature?
it's a yearly tradition where every end of the year 21 Dec ! You can change you colors to any rank expect tourist ! The feature is called magic ! You find in your profile page along with settings and submissions ...
As a Grandmaster myself, I can confirm this.
That's a cool feature! More people will see your post...
Game Theorists shoutout! :)
When I see a blog post, I need some initial prediction of its quality and importance because I can't read them all. The only information I have to judge from is the handle and the color. When reading blog posts I would definitely prefer to see (and judge based on it) the author's contribution value rather than rating color but as I can't do that, my brain has to go to the next best thing.
If so, more of us will tend to post funny contents to farm contribution, which, will be no good. (Not everyone will become adamant)
nice
Look at me :)
