My opinion: might improve constructive step by step thinking but playing chess so you improve cp is not the brighest idea
I've reached 2200 rating in bullet and blitz on chess.com but even after all that, I would not say it "improved my problem solving skills". I would however say that it can help with building patience and self-control, which are important in CP in general.

You can only be easier to read statement about chess if you're good at chess.

Some problems use tactics in Chess. like the problem "Forked!". If you know the "fork" tactic, then you can easily understand and possibly implement faster.

Well I do consider evidence, but usually only when it is in alignment with what I already believe. So you'd have to have some outstanding evidence I think. Do you have any?
I'm assuming you're joking when you say, "only when it is in alignment with what I already believe." Would an example of someone who started competitive programming after the age of 18, spent a significant amount of time "stuck" in low ranks, and eventually reached Master work?

Imo, his graph isn't too out of the ordinary. Hopefully I do not offend anyone, but if he got to red, that would be a surprising result imo.

So essentially, you're looking for someone who reached GM+ after being stuck at lower ranks.
I wrote a quick script to identify top GMs who were stuck at lower ranks but rose to higher ranks.
While I don’t know the specific circumstances behind these people, it’s clear that dramatic improvement is possible.

You're improving faster than some of these people if we consider rating vs problems solved.
Depends on how you define problem-solving ability.
I'm referring to the regular definition here. Imo, ability implies something that is innate and not improvable.
can you tell me why it is not possible for me to identify crux of problems to solve, Like in the previous global round i could just solve 2 problems which too had taken hell lot of effort from me, in the second problem i identified the solution but could not implement it in time, and in the first problem i solved in some other way that by luckily passes and i found that it not correct way to solve 1st problem.
How i can improve please suggest me something.

solving more helps developing intuition , moreover when you practice your motto should be to think as deep and as clear as possible, this small conclusions that you prove during practice helps you a lot during the contest
My chess.com rating is lower than CF rating. But Learning Math (Combinatorics, Number Theory, etc.) Definitely helps.
