How to change the email linked to your Codeforces account?

My Codeforces account is made using my university email. However, I have now graduated and the university intends to soon terminate our Gmail accounts. Can I link this account to my personal email somehow?

Yes, you can. Go to settings, put your old password, and change your email only then click save without any new password, and voila.
