CF should generate the random number between the 8 and 35, multiply it by 100, and post the question which is of the same difficulty as the daily question...

anyways, I think the idea is cool (kinda like Wordle). if it's a seasonal thing and maybe different difficulties for each rank too.
Why do you want codeforces to make some dedicated section for daily challenges for 1 question per day, there are thousands of problems just pick a difficulty and start solving, dont try to make a solution for a problem that doesn't exist.
