it’s been 3 hours since last contest ended, and one day since another div 2, and still rating change didn’t came? do u know smth about it

Yesterday's contest was educational, so it technically ended like 3 hours ago as well, because there is a hacking phase for 12 hours + system testing. I'd say 3 hours is faster than the average rating update time, so there is nothing unusual.
