Hi, I'm going to teach competitive programming classes this Summer, starting with a 4-week batch to see how it goes. I hope to make 2 or 3 groups of ~12 students, each group aimed at some CF rating. We will use problems from Codeforces, CSES, Atcoder, Polish olympiad (only higher group), and my modifications and follow-ups. There will be homework, some to be discussed next lesson.
- Dates: June 24 to July 19 (4 weeks)
- Time: morning-noon in Europe
- 2-3 lessons per week, 1.5h or 2h each
- Price: around 20 USD per hour, 260-440 USD total per person
- Platform: Discord and/or Google Meet

Update (6.06.2024): We will do 2 x 1.5h lessons per week, with total cost of 260 USD for 8 lessons, every Monday and Thursday from June 24 to July 18 (or up to July 25 if we skip a lesson or two). There will be three groups:
- 8:00-9:30, CF max rating 1000-1400 (time in CEST, Poland)
- 10:00-11:30, CF max rating 1500-1800
- 12:00-13:30, CF max rating 1900-2200

Hey Errichto. I will not have sufficient time to join (as well as monetary resources being a student as of now), could you please share the problemset (for maybe 1600-2000 participant range). I'm sure it would mean a lot, not only to me but to many people who are in similar situation.
Ok, I will consider publishing the problemset after Summer. Generally though, there are plenty of free materials (including those created by me) and here I'm offering something extra.

Huh, 260 USD is easily more than 20k INR. That easily beats the monthly income of half the indian population and mustn't be anything different for other south-asian or African countries. Clearly, not comparable with internet bills anyways.
Internet bill with unlimited 5G is around 3$ per month. Here the starting fees is 260$ That's around 6-7 years of unlimited 5G internet and unlimited calling
In Bangladesh my broadband internet bill is 5$ per month with unlimited data usage. We 6 friends use then same connection so it costs me less than 1$.

Yes, there will be recordings available to students, in Google Drive or private YT videos.
I recommend attending at least some classes though.
c++ requisite?
I will present everything in C++ (maybe just sometimes Python in the lowest group) so you need to understand C++. You can use any language but it's good if I'm able to read it.
We will have our OI training camp around that time so....
