The server is temporarily taken down after the NCPC in Bangladesh for a little maintenance. It will back live after a few(~12) hours.

Does anyone know if the problems will be available to submit after the real contest ends?

CodeMarshal doesn't support after-contest practice yet. So once the contest has ended, you won't be able to submit. But there are plans to implement that soon.
