Probably binary search and two pointers, maybe prefix sums.

More generally, try to upsolve one or two problems from each contest you take. If you do that without reading editorials most of the time, you will get better.

Why do You want to reach expert ?? If it was possible to reach expert just by knowing the topics then everyone should be expert....stop asking such kind of stupid questions...start practicing. ...explore Competitive programming ....give time and have Patience.....
