Can't read or parse problem Descriptor

Hey there, everyone, I was solving problems from the problemset now none of the questions is opening and its saying Can't read or parse problem descriptor in the bottom right notification. is anyone else having this problem.

    yes but i was checking the status and people are able to submit their problems maybe its just not working for some people
