i want to ask about time , what the minimum time of every problem should think about it? can i read tutorial after 15 minutes and it is benefit ? I hope the answer comes from personal experience.

I'd say 15 min to find observations, then if I feel like I can't find anything, I'll brute force to see if there is any pattern. If that still doesn't give me any observations then it's editorial time.
i like that, i will try that , thx :_: there are some people stuck on problems for a days , i think this is not so good for them, you can solve a lot of problems in a short time , if u see the editorial after 15 min.
Hmm. I spend atleast an hour, even then I only read edis when I've fully exhausted my thought process / am frustrated with the problem.
