This is an off topic.

I heard a story of a Romanian student. He was board to do coding and watch Netflix all day and always demotivated. So he had an idea. He coded a program that will force him to code for 5 hours and the program won't let him surf internet, social media or watch netflix. This really helped him. Is there any software that will do so to help me?? I'm looking for one.

I don't know if such a thing exists or not, but there is one thing I am certain of. Its that when you will not be in the mood, you can even waste time sitting idly, or maybe try to turn that software off or something like that. In short, I don't think its going to work for most of the people (at least not for me), what you should do is to have some resolve and some goal of every day. I recommend using some to-do list, and solve some easy problems in the start of the day to get you motivated that yeah you can do it, and then increase the difficulty... And you can also set some rewards, like If I solve 5 problems in the range [1800,2000] today, I will watch anime/movie after that.

Thanks for your kind Support, I'll take your advice.

I have found an awesome chrome extension "StayFocus: Block distraction" this extension forces me not to surf the internet when I'm coding. You might try that out if you need

Set goals (Ex mine is Expert by July), cut out distractions (Ex uninstall video games, uninstall tiktok, keep your phone away, close discord, etc), and make habits, for example, if you force yourself to do CP an hour a day at a specific time for a few days, it will become normal for you to it at that time.

I think best is to have a fixed time of day where you say "I am not allow to do anything but cp during this time, no matter what else I have going on." This ensures you get a minimum amount of practice done and after about a week it becomes hard to not do during that time because you get used to it.
