is this really an actual hacking attempt? why it seems fake to me? I may be wrong, correct me if i am.
i have many more screenshot of previous contests, which have the similar pattern of hacking.

It's uphack. A user whose rating is at least 1900 is able to uphack submissions in a few days after the contest. If a submission in the contest got uphacked, it will still be AC (not affecting the result of contest).
so the hacker wont get any rating for that?
