Hosting a practice group

Hello codeforces. I'm practicing for the selection of the ioi team in Syria and recently I've been facing a problem. Everytime I participate in a virtual oi style contest I get bored and quit after an hour or so. I think the main reason for this is lack of competition, so I'm starting a practice group!
