Adding "Report user" feature

Recently we have seen many accounts that are definitely cheating.

I think it would be a good idea to add "user reporting" feature, which would make it easier for the codeforces administrators to ban those accounts more quickly and reduce the number of frequent blogs reporting cheaters.

Great idea. And those shameless creatures after getting skipped post lame blogs speaking with utter shit void claims.

    Update: I'm not going to put out any proof that I didn't cheat, because I did cheat, I just want the penalty lifted and a silly excuse made.

    I will not be ashamed if I fail this time, just because my speaking talent is not yet superior enough, and I will try again next time I cheat.
