I'm trying to get my TON-coins for CodeTON-Round 3.
There's a E-Mail checking box at the wallet page, but I can't recieve my E-mail Code for that.
I've tried 3 times and have waited for ~10mins, just the length of the useful period of the code.
I've checked my Email inbox for registering Codeforces(just the Email box in my user page) many times.
I'm currently using mail.qq.com which is a widely used email website in China.
Does anyone had the same problem, or how can I recieve my E-mail code?

UPD 1: Note that I have recieved the announcement mail for the next Round.
Btw, what is the easist way to convert ton to dollars? I have US account and money in my TON wallet, but I dont know much about crypto and stuff
Maybe you just have to turn on a VPN and try again. Try Geph.
I don't have any problems in connecting, vpn can't help me to speedup cf's mails sended to me :(
I checked it. It seems qq rejects emails from our smtp even though I configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the server has correct PTR record and its IP is not in well-known blacklists.
I suggest you to write into support about it. Probably, qq has its own "very clever" spamfilter or something like this.
As a quick fix you can temporarily change email.
Also I removed logo image from the letter now: some spamfilters don't like short letters with images.
I used mail.qq.com and I haven't run into these issues just now and received the code successfully. Strange.
