Are you able to connect to it using any other device connected to the same network? If so what is the OS you use on your PC?
There is no problem with my laptop, the problem is only with my phone
This is always due to the IP address your device takes. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix this issue on the phones. But you can search for the way you can change the range of IP address your phone takes. I use 8.8.8.8 to 8.8.4.4 and this work perfectly with codeforces and all websites.
Thank you for your help ^_^
